Our History

Since 1986, Ohio North East Health Systems, Inc. (formerly known as YCHC, Inc.) has been a mainstay in providing community health care.  ONE Health Systems is known as a leader in health care delivery because we are constantly responding to the changing needs of the community and have enjoyed a strong reputation for providing quality health care through the years.

ONE Health has the ultimate goal of providing quality, comprehensive primary health care services and to improve the overall health of the communities it serves by reducing barriers to health care, including: ability to pay, transportation and lack of health insurance coverage.  This is accomplished by proactively creating partnerships to coordinate community-based care and creating innovative service delivery systems to ensure greater access to primary health and dental care for the medically uninsured and underinsured.

Much has changed in health care since 1986. However, we remain committed to the tenets under which we were founded - to provide access to quality medical and dental care services to the area's most vulnerable segment of the population - the medically underserved.
